This minimizes the temperature difference between the highest and lowest points inside the battery box, ensuring stable battery performance and extending the overall lifespan of the battery.

Key Features and Applications

Battery Thermal Management: Our water-cooled units play a vital role in regulating the temperature inside the battery box of electric commercial vehicles. By keeping the temperature within the ideal range, they help reduce thermal disparities, ensuring consistent battery performance and enhancing durability.
Powertrain Cooling: In addition to managing battery temperature, our water-cooled systems are also responsible for cooling the powertrain, including essential components such as the motor and controller. These parts generate significant heat during operation, and our units effectively dissipate this heat by circulating cooling water. This ensures the powertrain operates smoothly and reliably under various conditions.
Auxiliary System Cooling: In some commercial vehicles, our water-cooled units are also utilized to cool auxiliary systems, such as air conditioning and hydraulic systems.
