Product Description

ND Series Refrigeration Units for Refrigerated Trucks

Our ND series refrigeration units, including the ND800, ND1000, and ND1200 models, are cutting-edge solutions designed to meet the diverse needs of refrigerated transportation.

These units offer a wide operating temperature range from -18°C to +25°C, ensuring your perishable goods are kept at the optimal temperature throughout their journey, regardless of external conditions. With support for both DC12V and DC24V voltages, they provide flexible power options to suit various vehicle configurations.

In terms of cooling capacity, the ND800 delivers an impressive 7150W at -5°C / 23°F and 3960W at -20°C / -4 °F, while the ND1000 offers 7925W and 5125W respectively under the same conditions, and the ND1200 boasts a powerful 10960W at -5°C / 23°F and 6785W at -20°C / -4 °F. This robust cooling performance guarantees that your cargo remains fresh and in perfect condition.

Equipped with the reliable PERKINS engine and high-quality FKX series compressors (FKX30/325TK for ND800, FKX40/395TK for ND1000, and FKX40/470TK for ND1200), these units ensure consistent and efficient operation. The hot gas defrost system enables quick and effective defrosting, minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal performance.

Each unit comes with an electric standby feature as standard, allowing for energy-efficient operation when the vehicle is stationary. The compact dimensions (18601508668 for ND800 and ND1000, 19501508668 for ND1200) and relatively lightweight designs (402kg for ND800, 445kg for ND1000, and 605kg for ND1200) make them easy to install in a variety of refrigerated trucks.

The ND series refrigeration units are suitable for a wide range of applications. At -5°C / 23°F, the ND800 can handle spaces of 40 - 42m³, the ND1000 is ideal for 50 - 52m³, and the ND1200 can effectively cool spaces from 56 - 58m³. At -20°C / -4 °F, the applicable volumes are 32 - 36m³ for ND800, 42 - 46m³ for ND1000, and 50 - 52m³ for ND1200.

All data is based on an ambient temperature of 45°C and may vary with different ambient conditions. With a standard insulation thickness of 120mm, these units are designed to maximize energy efficiency and performance.

Choose our ND series refrigeration units for your refrigerated transportation needs and experience reliable, high-performance cooling solutions that keep your business running smoothly.
